Bronze sculpture details
With her hand stretched toward the sky, her eyes are fixed on a balloon. Her ponytail flutters in the wind, making it difficult to hold the balloon securely. A scene from childhood that encourages the observer to dream.
Edition in bronze, cast using the lost wax technique, chased and patinated by hand (including wooden base 26x11x11 cm).
Born in 1959 in Ludwigsburg, she is a sculptor who enjoyed her training at the European Academy of Fine Arts in Trier. Gudrun Rienhardt lives and works in the old mill in Winzerdorf Hainfeld, where she created a year-round public sculpture park called "Hummelaue".
