1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Place order" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Order confirmation is sent immediately after the order is submitted. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within two days. A valid contract is always contingent upon the order process being completed by submitting the order.

Prices

Our prices include the currently applicable German VAT.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within the European Union. There are no additional packaging or insurance costs for the customer. For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and storage fees.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, payable within 30 days net.

We reserve the right to require prepayment.

6. Self-Collection

We ship via mail. Self-collection is possible under certain conditions after prior telephone consultation.

7. Parcel Lockers

We do not deliver to parcel lockers.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Damage in Transit

If goods are delivered with obvious damage in transit, please report such damage to the delivery driver immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to submit a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, it will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will cover the return shipping costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
