3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but only a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the "order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. The order is confirmed immediately after the order is sent. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by sending the goods within two days. The condition for an effective conclusion of contract is always that the order process is concluded when the order is sent.
Prices
Our prices include the currently effective German value added tax.
Outside the EU, the prices do not include value added tax.
4. Shipping charges
We deliver inside the European Union and Switzerland free of shipping charges. There is no further charge to the customer for packaging or insurance. When deliveries are made outside the European Union, the customer may have to pay taxes, customs duties and storage costs.
5. Payment
Payment is made on invoice, payable strictly net within 30 days. We reserve the right to demand payment in advance for deliveries.
6. Collection by the customer
Our deliveries are shipped. Customers can collect the deliveries themselves within certain limits if they telephone us beforehand.
7. Packing stations
We do not deliver to packing stations.
8. Reservation of title
The goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.
9. Transport damages
If goods arrive with obvious transport damages, then please notify the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failure to notify or make contract shall have no consequences for your legal claims and their assertion, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

You can cancel your contractual declaration within 30 days without having to indicate reasons in written form (for example, letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the goods have been sent to you before the deadline – also by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of these instructions in written form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of repeated deliveries of the same type of goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) nor before fulfilment of our obligation to inform in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Para. 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code, as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312g Para. 1 Clause 1 and 2 in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code. Consequences of cancellation
In the case of an effective cancellation, the benefits received by both parties must be given back and, if appropriate, any derived benefits (such as interest) must be surrendered. If the received or derived benefits (for example, benefits from use) can be given back or surrendered only in deteriorated condition, partially or not at all, you must compensate us to this extent. For deterioration of the item and for derived benefits, you must only provide compensation insofar as the benefits or deterioration is due to handling the item more than necessary for checking its properties and function. "Checking the properties and function" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and common practice in a store, for instance. Goods consignable by parcel shipment must be returned at our expense and risk. Goods not consignable by parcel will be picked up from your premises. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send off your declaration of cancellation or the item, for us with its receipt.
