Translating the ease and grace of flowing movements into a powerful, dynamic language of forms is the goal of my figurative representations. The path that leads again and again to figural representation, whether through drawing or through sculpture, is subject to the longing for aesthetic, body-related statements. In the background there is specific mental groundwork that grapples with arcs of tensions and apparent weightlessness.
