No matter who encounters him – he will confront him. The silver bull with the enormous neck stands firmly on all fours and will not give in, ever – a symbol of resistance. The sculpture’s material links with the artist’s predilection for the iconography  of Tuscany. Historically, the tall silver-grey bovines with the extensive horns that are common there are reputed to have been brought along by the Etruscans from Asia Minor.

Edition in bronze, cast using the lost wax technique, chased and patinated by hand.
