Bronze sculpture details
Falconry was considered the most noble way to hunt in the Middle Ages. Emperors and kings enjoyed it, and Emperor Frederick II of the House of Hohenstaufen even wrote a book about it, De Arte Venandi cum Avibus ("The Art of Hunting with Birds"). Our true-to-life falcon looks at the world from the bronze post provided for it.
Edition in bronze, cast using the lost wax technique, chased and patinated by hand.
We present exclusive bronze art from the "Strassacker Studio" made by our modellers , cast with the same care and workmanship as the limited editions. However, they are not limited and thus we can offer them at significantly lower prices.
