The themes of my works are images from human life. Moreover, I am particularly interested in the portrayal of children. ...“himmelhoch jauchzend”(overjoyed) ... is an example of that and “... zu Tode betrübt” (in the depths of despair) complements it.

Ute Prinzhausen firstly completed a study as a graduate engineer from the technical college (TH) in Berlin, followed by a study in sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart under the tutelage of K.H. Seeman.
