Dagon
Bronze sculpture details
Dagon, one God of the Philistines, is a demon of the depths of the ocean. Half fish, half human. By the tribes of Israel, he is regarded as enemy of their God of heaven. The chapters of Samson precisely describe Dagon's importance in the fight between Israel and the Philistines. My description of Dagon represents the multi-faceted structure of the demon head.
