Thomas Grabert (1956)
Thomas Grabert was born in 1956 as the son of the artist couple Ruth Grabert Armingeon and Kurt Grabert. In his childhood he was surrounded by art and artistic activity and received his first artistic training from his parents. Grabert is a qualified architect with a focus on organic construction, which puts him in a position to creatively combine architectural and sculptural aspects of interior design.
For a long time now he has also worked artistically with bronze, terracotta, ceramic, stone, concrete, wood, steel and glass, with aspects of interior design, the design and the artistic shaping of basic architectural structures go hand in hand - right up to the playgrounds, which take the place of playgrounds which lack ideas. Occasionally, he even creates small sculptures.
